Vintage 7 5/8” Blue and White Cantonese Stoneware Pagoda Blue Willow Plate
Wonderful, older stoneware Asian plate, presented in what is known as a blue Willow pattern, a central pagoda in a mountain and lake scene with weeping willows, is depicted around the center of the bowl, and framed by geometric patterns in deep, navy blue, and royal blues. We are unsure of the age of this plate, there is a very primitive nature to it, and a stoneware feel. it would mix well with a collection of blue willow or blue stoneware. it is fantastically charming in its old world sense and would be beautiful on display bringing an old export vibe.
