Pair of Blue and White Asian Lamps

Stunning Pair of vintage Asian lamps, these lamps were custom made in the 1960s. They are a fabulous estate sale from the Chicago area, the owner hand selected the Chinese ceramic vase for each and had a custom walnut base made for each. Chris white background host a rich royal blue pattern that depicts court life surrounded by geometrics and florals, the wood base Is stained deep walnut and has a very warm patina. A cap at the neck is a bronze antique brass that adds more warmth. This is a dual socket lamp, with each socket having a pull ball chain so that you can control the amount of light

Each lamp is identical, depicting a different scene on the front and back. The previous owner has the vases turned so that you can see a different scene from the front.
