Large Vintage Florentine Box Made in Italy

We absolutely love the size of this Italian box, it would be perfect to placed upon a large ottoman or coffee table to stash away anything that may accumulate. Measuring 15.75” x 12” x 3”. It has a fabulous size. Across the front and old military scene plays out. Around the edges of floral pattern and reds and blues, with a sign pattern of orange and blue. There is a keyhole but There is no key with the box anymore

Nice condition, there is scuffing and loss of gesso on the corner in the side. Scuffs around all corners with some loss, some loss around the keyhole.
