Large Marwal Plaster Sculpture of The Thinler

Fabulous reproduction of Rodins The Thinker, this vintage plaster sculpture was made by Marwal. Lots of texture, giving it great brutalist form has been painted in an antique gold. The man sits, unclothed, with his chin resting on his hand as he hovers over his knees. He has a great pensive look on his face and so much detail. We like the size of this piece, as he makes a statement and would look great along a fireplace mantle or a tall bookshelf.

Very nice condition, no breaks. We found a few scuffs to the surface of the gold paint that were touched up.
