1969 Mixed Wax on Paper and Board Nature Collage

Lovely artwork from 1969, the work is completed on board and is not framed. Natural papers and watercolor were applied to the board with elements from nature that include pressed dried floral leaves, stems and bark. The work has a raised effect. A clear wax like material was applied over the nature elements. It has a lovely, dreamy quality with texture. It is lovely unframed you can lean it on a bookshelf, or you can slide it into a vintage framed place onto the wall.

Some of the bark elements have lifted up in the wax, one large piece down the right hand side is no longer present
